Peace momma this package is for birth, delivery and postpartum.
I will come on board in your twelfth week of pregnancy. I will support you through your emotions,feelings and planning. Closer to labor we will be going over breathing techniques,stretches , prenatal massages , sound therapy, medication and some yoga if you are open to it. I will also be able to help with meal preparation. Once baby is earth side we will step into the postpartum aspect of me being your doula. That will be 8 weeks of check ins or visits and support with light cleaning, laundry, meal preps and giving you a break to rest.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you have to reschedule your appointment, please do so with 24 hours in advance. Day of cancelations and no call no shows are non refundable and will result in the balance being charged to your card.If you are late after 15 min there is a $25 late fee.
